Public Outreach on Assessments & ROI – Income-tax Act, 2025
The ICAI Udupi Branch, under the aegis of the Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI, in association with Udupi Zilla Vartakara Hitharakshana Vedike, organized a Public Outreach Program on “Assessments & Return of Income under the Income-tax Act, 2025” on 17th February 2026.
The program aimed at creating awareness among taxpayers, business community members, and professionals regarding key provisions relating to assessments and filing of returns under the new Income-tax Act, 2025. The initiative reflected ICAI’s commitment to public education and strengthening tax compliance awareness at the grassroots level.
