Annual General Meeting

The ICAI Udupi Branch (SIRC) convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26th July 2025 at the Branch premises. The meeting brought together members of the Branch to review the activities of the past year, discuss financial statements, and plan for the year ahead.

  • Presentation and approval of the annual report and audited financial statements.
  • Discussions on ongoing and upcoming initiatives, programmes, and events for members and students.
  • Election or announcement of office bearers and committee members for the forthcoming term (if applicable).
  • Open forum for members to share suggestions, feedback, and raise queries regarding branch operations.

Awards & Recognition

  • Certificates of appreciation were presented to outgoing office bearers and committee members for their dedicated service during the past term.
  • Special acknowledgments were given to members who contributed significantly to branch activities and initiatives throughout the year.
  • Recognition was extended to volunteers and organisers for their continuous support in successfully conducting branch programmes.
