Return and Refund Policy

At the ICAI Udupi Branch, we aim to provide seamless and transparent services for our members, students, and participants of various programs. As a non-commercial professional body offering educational and registration-based services, our payment structure is designed to support our operations and activities.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user has accidentally paid twice for the same service.
  • Event Cancellation: If an event, seminar, or program is canceled by the ICAI Udupi Branch.
  • Technical Errors: If an error during an online transaction leads to incorrect billing.

In such cases, users must:

  • Submit a written refund request to udupi@icai.org
  • Attach proof of payment (transaction ID, date, name)
  • Submit the request within 7 days of the transaction

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Absence from a registered seminar or program
  • Withdrawal from an event after registration
  • Failure to meet eligibility or document criteria after payment
  • Delay in user-side connectivity or access issues for online sessions

Final Statement:

All services and payments made to ICAI Udupi Branch are final. No returns are accepted, and refunds are issued only under specific, branch-approved conditions. For any further clarification, kindly write to udupi@icai.org with the subject: Refund Query.
