The Udupi Branch of ICAI (SIRC), in collaboration with the Department of Commerce, MGM College, Udupi, conducted a highly insightful and academically enriching Student Seminar on “Impact of the Union Budget on Taxation and Compliance” on 27th February 2025.
The session was held at Nutana Ravindra Mantapa, MGM, and was attended by a large number of commerce students, aspiring finance professionals, and faculty members. The seminar aimed to decode and analyze the Union Budget 2025 in a simplified manner for young minds.
About the Speaker
The session was led by CA Prasanna Shenoy, a well-known Chartered Accountant and finance expert based in Mangalore. With his in-depth understanding of tax policy and vast professional experience, CA Shenoy made the complex provisions of the Union Budget easy to grasp for the students.
